ZoneSnapshot

Problem

Strava shows you what you did, not how you trained. Understanding zone distribution over time — whether you're actually building aerobic base or just grinding — requires digging through data manually.

Solution

A Next.js web app with Recharts visualizations, a Prisma-backed database for storing sessions, and an exportable dashboard — built for personal training analysis and long-term progression tracking.

Outcome

Used for personal training analysis. Shows the full picture of how training load is distributed across zones over any time period.
