Problem

Freelance personal trainers have no good way to connect with gyms and build a client base. Existing booking platforms are class-first, not trainer-first — the person behind the session gets lost.

Solution

A React Native app for iOS and Android with trainer-first discovery at its core. Built as a working prototype with a shared design system across both platforms — grounded in extensive research and concept work.

Outcome

Prototype built, research and concept validated. Currently on hold — the foundation and vision are solid and ready to continue.
