Your website stays our job: hosting, technical updates, monitoring, and your included content hours per month. Send change requests informally by email; they’re handled within your package’s guaranteed response time.
The domain is yours and registered in your name. The website is built under a work contract; once you accept it, the result belongs to you. And if you ever end the operation service, we hand everything over in an orderly way to you or your next provider.
Imprint and privacy pages plus a cookie banner are part of every package. Data from forms (e.g. booking requests) lives in dedicated infrastructure isolated for your business, hosted in the EU, governed by a data processing agreement (AVV). You remain responsible for the content of your imprint and privacy policy.
Small changes are covered by your monthly hours (not transferable to following months). Bigger requests we discuss openly first: you get an estimate and decide before any extra effort happens; nothing is billed silently.
The minimum term is 12 months. After that, the contract renews in 12-month periods and can be cancelled with one month’s notice to the end of the term, exactly as written in the contract.
Yes. Migrating your domain and switching from your current provider is part of the delivery. The website itself is rebuilt so it runs on clean, fast technology.
